WFE 2800 Dust & Weld Fume Extractor

The MAXVAC WFE 2800 is a powerful, mobile welding fume extractor designed to capture hazardous airborne fumes and fine dust directly at source. Ideal for welding, fabrication and metalworking environments, it is also an effective solution for dust extraction in applications where on-tool extraction is not practical.

A long 2m flexible extraction arm and large 360° adjustable hood make it easy to position the extraction point close to the work area, helping capture fumes and airborne particles before they can spread throughout the workspace. With an airflow of up to 1270m³/h, the WFE 2800 provides effective localised extraction while remaining compact and easy to manoeuvre.

Designed for Welding Applications

A high-capacity F9 cartridge filter with 14.5m² of filter area captures fine airborne particulate, while the manual filter-cleaning system helps maintain extraction performance during regular use.

The WFE 2800 incorporates a spark-intercepting mesh filter designed to catch sparks before they reach the main filtration system. The filters are also fire retardant, providing an additional level of protection when the extractor is being used for welding and metalworking applications.

Flexible Extraction Where You Need It

The adjustable extraction arm allows the hood to be positioned precisely around the welding or dust-generating process without restricting the operator. The large hood can be rotated through 360° to achieve effective capture from different working positions.

Mounted on tough, non-marking lockable castors, the WFE 2800 can be moved easily between workstations and securely positioned once in use. Straightforward controls make operation simple, making it well suited to fabrication workshops, maintenance departments and industrial production environments.
