Its 46-gallon solution tank and 49-gallon recovery tank reduce the frequency of draining and refilling, further boosting efficiency. Available in deck sizes ranging from 29 to 37 inches, with both disk and cylindrical options, this scrubber allows rapid cleaning of expansive areas. The cylindrical deck option eliminates the need for pre-sweeping, saving even more time.
Durability and reliability are built into the Tomcat EX. Manufactured in the USA with a robust welded steel chassis (3/16” thick), this machine is designed for long-term use. Features include a flip-up steel rear bumper, poly rollers, and optional protective steel side doors with additional poly rollers for enhanced deck protection. A stainless-steel squeegee with Linatex blades thoroughly dries the floor and features a breakaway design to minimize damage from impacts. Wastewater is channeled through a drain saver basket to capture large debris and prevent clogs in the recovery tank and plumbing. The vacuum motor is safeguarded by a patented vac box system, which diverts excess water before it reaches the motor.
Service and maintenance are straightforward with the patented service cabinet and yellow-highlighted touchpoints. Tip-back tanks provide easy access for maintenance and service personnel. A forward seating position and front wheel drive-steer configuration improve maneuverability and operator visibility.
